About the Role
We are looking for a talented Backend Software Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing the customer onboarding journey at Lunar. This is an exciting opportunity to create seamless, secure, and delightful experiences for our users, shaping the future of banking.
As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be part of Squad Stardust, reporting to Søren Thiel Berg. Our team of four engineers, based in Aarhus, is dedicated to crafting a smooth and efficient onboarding process that fosters long-lasting customer relationships. You will work within the broader Tech function, led by Kåre Kjelstrøm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Onboarding Solutions: Take ownership of developing and maintaining our existing onboarding solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Optimize Internal Services: Build and optimize internal services that power our onboarding flows.
- Integrate with Third-Party Vendors: Collaborate with third-party vendors to offer diverse onboarding options for our customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to continuously improve and reimagine our onboarding process.
- Backend Expertise: Apply your backend expertise to directly influence how we onboard new users at Lunar.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a Backend Software Engineering role or a similar position.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions.
- A collaborative team player who is passionate about sharing knowledge and fostering the success of others.
- Hands-on experience in agile environments, adept at adapting to shifting priorities and delivering incremental value.
- While we primarily code in Golang, expertise in this language is not mandatory.
