Responsibilities
As the Frontend Tech Lead at MindPal, you will be pivotal in coordinating the work of the development team and setting directions in cooperation with clients. Your role involves providing guidance and support to less experienced team members, analyzing customer needs, and proposing feasible technical solutions. Staying up-to-date on technology trends and best practices in the field is crucial.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in programming in JavaScript
- Proficient in HTML, CSS/SCSS, ES6+, and TypeScript
- Experience with at least three frameworks: React, Vue.js, Node.js
- Proficiency in English at least at C1 level
- Ability to push projects from a business perspective
- Capable of taking the lead in projects
- Understanding of the right patterns and algorithms
