Join Our Team as a Full Stack Developer
At Trane Technologies, we are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our AI Foundry team. This role is pivotal in driving Generative AI solutions and enabling capabilities to meet our company’s needs. You will be responsible for building, enhancing, and optimizing the front-end and back-end of our GenAI web-based application.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Build, enhance, and optimize the entire application stack, including user interface development, server-side logic, and API integration.
- Server-Side Logic: Handle server-side logic, API integration, and database interactions while supporting frontend development.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of generated code.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas and improvements to our development process.
- Collaboration: Work with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3+ years working as a Full Stack Developer on a collaborative team.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Python, proficiency in Next.js and React Framework, and expertise in building and integrating APIs.
- DevOps: Experience with DevOps and GitHub Actions, Azure cloud services, GCP, CosmosDB, and MongoDB.
Key Competencies
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, proficiency in Next.js and React Framework, expertise in building and integrating APIs, and basic knowledge of database management.
- Collaboration: Experience working on a collaborative team using a shared code base.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Cultivates a strong understanding of end users' needs and preferences to develop user-friendly interfaces and anticipate user interactions.
