What You Will Do
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Develop and Enhance Product Features: Work on building new features and expanding existing functionalities across our products, such as TrunkText (Construction Document Guide) and TrunkPerform (Incentive Management Tool).
- Scale Our Systems: Improve our backend architecture to support the growing needs of thousands of users, ensuring robustness, scalability, and future-readiness.
- Ensure Reliability: Guarantee that our applications are reliable, user-friendly, and free from bugs, providing an exceptional experience for our users.
- Strategic Participation: Actively contribute to product strategy discussions, bringing innovative ideas and perspectives to shape the future of our products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product management and design, to ensure seamless development and deployment of features.
Who You Are
- You have 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient in TypeScript and have experience with Node.js and Express for backend development.
- Skilled in React for frontend development.
- Comfortable with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Have a track record of shipping products to users.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
- Solution-oriented with high-level programming skills.
