About the Role
Roboflow is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to our core product, which is an end-to-end pipeline for building computer vision projects. This role requires a strong technical generalist who is comfortable working across the stack and eager to learn new technologies as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of projects, primarily focusing on our core product, which includes image ingestion, annotation, training, and deployment.
- Integrate marketing and sales tools, automate internal processes, and contribute to open source projects.
- Advocate for project priorities and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with a team of Full Stack Engineers and the Engineering Lead.
- Utilize JavaScript and Node.js, which make up the majority of our codebase, and Python for our machine learning and image processing pipeline.
- Work with Firebase, GCS, AWS, and Docker to support our infrastructure.
- Develop APIs and client libraries in several languages, including some work with Tensorflow JS.
Example Projects
- Create a filtering interface for users to mix and match images based on metadata.
- Expand our annotation tool to support new functionalities like polygonal annotations.
- Integrate the core app with external APIs for outsourcing annotation tasks.
- Streamline our onboarding flow and optimize speed and scalability.
