What You Will Do
As a Fullstack Engineer at Upflow, you will be integral to our engineering team, responsible for developing high-quality software that impacts people's working lives. Your tasks will include:
- Creating a constant stream of PRs to make incremental improvements to our existing codebase both on the technical & functional front.
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define product solutions for new features or improvements.
- Participating in the champion rotation to triage, investigate, and resolve issues.
- Leading epics: kick them off, break down the work, lead the implementation, and handle surprises & risks.

You
We are looking for a talented software engineer with:
- 3+ years of industry experience in software engineering with full-stack web applications.
- Experience with modern JavaScript development and tooling.
- A pragmatic approach to engineering that balances seamless experiences, beautiful code, maintainability, and time to market.
- Appreciation for a test-driven, code-review culture.
- Comfort in a startup environment characterized by high-impact, autonomy, and ownership.
