Join Expensify as a Full Stack Engineer
Expensify is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our platform, which helps over 12 million users manage expenses, reimburse employees, and handle corporate cards, among other financial tasks. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
Your Mission
Your primary mission will be to solve real-world problems by building efficient, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions. You will work closely with other engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to implement features that improve our platform's functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Improvements: Continuously enhance the platform by implementing new features and improving existing ones.
- Cross-Stack Development: Plan, build, and maintain features across the stack, such as accounting integrations and advanced receipt scanning.
- Collaboration and Guidance: Work collaboratively with team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a productive work environment.
- Problem Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to automate solutions and improve processes.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, React Native, PHP, C++, Java, iOS, or Android.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and problem-solving techniques.
