Role Overview
As a Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer at Roboflow, you will be a key player in the Self-Serve team, which is responsible for Product-Led Growth. Your role will involve making computer vision accessible to all users by enhancing our training and workflow pipelines, adding new model architectures, and advising on user model improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Add new model architectures to our training pipelines and enhance user-facing features like Auto Label.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Product Development: Contribute to the product direction and development, ensuring that our tools meet user needs.
- Open Source Contribution: Work on open source projects and contribute to the community.
What You'll Achieve
- Within One Week: Learn about computer vision, our product, and ship something substantial to an end user.
- Within One Month: Onboard in person, build your first computer vision project, and participate in customer onboarding calls.
- Within Six Months: Lead the development of ML-powered features and help shape the product roadmap.
Who You Are
You are a machine learning enthusiast with experience in building production ML systems. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can work autonomously and contribute to various aspects of the product.
Technical Skills
- Backend: Python, FastAPI, Docker, Node.js
- Machine Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, OpenVINO, TensorRT, TFjs
- Cloud Services: AWS (EC2, ECR, ECS, Lambda), Google Cloud (Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage)
- Frontend: React, jQuery, HTML, CSS
Work Environment
Roboflow offers a flexible work environment with options to work remotely or from our hubs in New York City and San Francisco. We provide resources and opportunities for in-person collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: €180,000 per year
- Benefits: Medical insurance, $4000/yr travel stipend, $350/mo productivity stipend, and equity in the company.

The interview process is designed to be efficient and involves direct interaction with our team. It includes an introduction phase, technical assessment, team interviews, and a final interview stage.
