About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer at Cozero, you will:

Design and Implement New Features: Take responsibility for developing new features and improving existing ones.
Collaborate with Product Management: Work closely with the Product Manager to enhance the Cozero product.
Make Architecture Decisions: As a key member of the engineering team, you will participate in architecture discussions and decisions.
Maintain and Improve Micro-Service Architecture: Engage in discussions to maintain and enhance our micro-service architecture.
Work with Senior Engineers: Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and mitigate technical debt.
Full Development Lifecycle: Plan, code, test, QA, and deploy your solutions.

Our Tech Stack

We utilize a modern tech stack including AWS, TypeScript, NestJS, React, and more. While experience with our stack is beneficial, we value the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in product development, particularly with React, Redux, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
Code Quality: Ability to write well-structured, maintainable code.
Passion for ClimateTech: A strong commitment to fighting climate change.
Self-Driven: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Location: Ideally based in Germany, Portugal, the Czech Republic, the UK, or the Netherlands.
