About the Role
As a Full Stack Engineer at Cozero, you will:
- Design and Implement New Features: Take responsibility for developing new features and improving existing ones.
- Collaborate with Product Management: Work closely with the Product Manager to enhance the Cozero product.
- Make Architecture Decisions: As a key member of the engineering team, you will participate in architecture discussions and decisions.
- Maintain and Improve Micro-Service Architecture: Engage in discussions to maintain and enhance our micro-service architecture.
- Work with Senior Engineers: Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and mitigate technical debt.
- Full Development Lifecycle: Plan, code, test, QA, and deploy your solutions.
Our Tech Stack
We utilize a modern tech stack including AWS, TypeScript, NestJS, React, and more. While experience with our stack is beneficial, we value the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in product development, particularly with React, Redux, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
- Code Quality: Ability to write well-structured, maintainable code.
- Passion for ClimateTech: A strong commitment to fighting climate change.
- Self-Driven: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Location: Ideally based in Germany, Portugal, the Czech Republic, the UK, or the Netherlands.
