We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for sustainable development and expertise in Python, TypeScript, and React.js.
Responsibilities
- Development and Technical Leadership: Lead the architecture and development of our platform, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end systems.
- Platform Development and Operations: Build and maintain the underlying platform infrastructure to support scalability and reliability. Implement and manage monitoring tools for observability, logging, and tracing.
- Customer and Partner Engagement: Work directly with customers and business partners to refine product offerings and ensure solutions meet market demands.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards using test frameworks like Playwright to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Innovation and Adaptation: Research and implement new technologies to enhance platform functionality and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Lead a mixed team of external and internal engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development, particularly with Python, TypeScript, and React.js.
- Strong knowledge in financial services, ideally in green technologies.
- Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Leadership experience in a startup or agile environment.
- Intermediate German language skills are a plus.
