Your Role
As a Fullstack Developer with a Frontend Focus, you will be part of our Client Solutions team, contributing to a complex event-driven microservices ecosystem. You will develop cloud-based web applications and components using a modern tech stack, focusing primarily on frontend development but also maintaining backend systems as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing React/TypeScript web applications and reusable components hosted in .NET 8 applications.
- Writing custom CSS/SCSS with modern HTML.
- Creating, extending, and maintaining REST APIs.
- Developing and maintaining web components with StencilJS.
- Managing custom npm packages and common React libraries like TanStack Query, PrimeReact, React Router, and i18next.
- Creating and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform/Bicep on Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborating closely with UX and QA teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Maintaining UI tests with Jest and SpecFlow UI tests (BDD style) using Selenium WebDriver.
- Monitoring application health with tools like Application Insights and Serverless360.
- Handling HelpDesk tickets and providing support to colleagues.
- Participating in architecture decision discussions and staying updated with new technologies.
What You Need to Succeed
- Extensive experience with React, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with architectural patterns like N-Layer and principles such as Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and S.O.L.I.D.
- Experience with distributed systems and micro frontends.
- Proficiency in functional components and common React hooks.
- Experience with .NET 8 microservices, Microsoft Azure, automated CI/CD pipelines, and functional programming (F# is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; German is advantageous.
