About the Role
We are seeking a Fullstack TypeScript Developer to join our team at intalento, a product of the Haufe Group Venture Studios, located in Freiburg im Breisgau. This role requires on-site presence approximately three times a week, as collaboration with the team is essential.

Intalento is dedicated to helping companies overcome the skills shortage by simplifying the hiring process for professionals from non-EU countries. Our platform automates complex visa and entry processes, providing our clients with security and transparency while saving them time, costs, and stress. Our mission is to make hiring international talent as straightforward as hiring domestically.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the team leads on the first product launched from our internal Venture Studio.
- Develop cloud-based services and elevate our prototype to the next level.
- Work in an agile environment with practices such as CI/CD, test automation, and significant autonomy.
- Quickly take on responsibilities in a small team and have a say in product development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in all areas of web development, from frontend to backend and databases to infrastructure.
- A creative mindset, bringing ideas enthusiastically to the team.
- Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript, with familiarity in the NodeJS ecosystem.
- Ideally, experience with AWS services.
- A strong awareness of security, DevOps, and code quality, with experience in automated testing.
- A willingness to learn and explore beyond your current knowledge.
- Excellent German language skills (B2 level).
