Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Fullstack Developer with a focus on backend, you will design and implement new solutions to integrate 3rd party solutions into the DocuWare ecosystem. You will create prototypes for new business scenarios and support the Business Development & Innovation team in the ongoing maintenance of existing solutions. After the release of the software, you will also provide 3rd level support. You will be responsible for both the development and deployment of your components.

Your role includes programming prototypes and working in a team to develop a practicable architecture. You will review the program codes of other team members and work closely with the BD&I Solution Team to ensure good integration of the solutions with other solutions. You will support the test team in the execution of tests and evaluate the software solution together with internal contacts and/or customers.

What You Need to Succeed

Solid understanding of the C# programming language and the .NET environment.
Extensive and multi-year experience in object-oriented software development, implementation of interfaces between applications, and interface technologies (such as REST).
Experience and/or a keen interest in the design, implementation, and operation of modern IT architectures - ideally container orchestration solutions such as k8s.
Familiarity with agile methods such as SCRUM or Kanban.
Exceptional analytical skills combined with problem-solving expertise.
Structured and goal-oriented approach to complex problems.
Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams with good communication skills in dealing with team members and customers.
Fluent English language skills and ideally also German.
