Job Overview
We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team, focusing on new platform integrations, including Pinterest. This role is based in Berlin, Germany, and offers a hybrid work model. You will have the opportunity to work on both existing platforms and greenfield projects, providing a unique challenge and growth potential.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of new platform integrations and our existing Pinterest product.
- Design and Development: Design, build, and monitor data-intensive microservices systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Team Activities: Participate in and facilitate team activities like dailies, retrospectives, and brainstorming sessions.
- Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members in best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
- Experience in backend development using NodeJS and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in UI development with React & TypeScript.
- Strong skills in building complex, distributed web applications.
- Motivation to solve customer problems and deliver value quickly.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
