Overview
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Meta group focusing on Conversational Commerce. Join our dynamic team in the Meta Group, to work on one of our Strategic Big Bets: extending conventional advertising through conversational commerce. As a Developer in our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive ad experiences that innovate how brands connect with their audiences. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize conversational ad campaigns across Meta's platforms, driving impactful results for our customers.
Technology Stack
We are technology agnostic and always strive to choose the best tools for the job. On the backend, our favored stack is Node.js in combination with TypeScript usually coupled with PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ. On the front-end side of things, React with TypeScript is the flavor du jour.
Responsibilities
- Have end-2-end ownership on expanding Conversational Ads experience for advertisers
- Be involved in an innovative project
- Design and build data-intensive microservices systems
- Work on integration with Meta commercial API and services from multiple Smartly teams
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and advertisers to understand campaign objectives, target audience demographics, and messaging requirements.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimise solution and user interactions for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Apply and enhance your soft skills through working closely with our customers and your peers
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, advertising, and digital marketing
