About the Role
We are seeking an experienced developer ready to take on the responsibility of a Tech Lead in one of our teams. The team primarily develops the product Lager, but we also work on new services in Billing. You will play a central role in the team regarding architecture and technical decisions. You will be part of an open and inclusive team involved in the entire product cycle, where we strive for a healthy balance between innovative product development, quality assurance, and technical improvements. The team currently consists of a product owner, a product designer, a tester, and three developers.
About You
You are likely already working as a senior developer or tech lead. You have experience with Java and React and a broad competence from client to server and architecture. You are solution-oriented and thrive in a changing environment where the focus on continuous improvement of methods, tools, and deliveries is a given. You enjoy collaborating and communicating with stakeholders both within and outside the team and do so fluently in both Swedish and English.
