Join Our Team as a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Shared Scada Software team at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH in Göttingen. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work remotely on certain days.
Your Role
As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be a key player in our agile software development team, working closely with software architects to develop cutting-edge software systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing significantly to the success of our software solutions using a microservice approach with .NET for the backend and React for the frontend.
- Managing the entire lifecycle of our software products, from technical concept creation to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Acting as the technical project lead for both internally and externally developed components, coordinating with suppliers.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer through training sessions and mentoring development and testing team members.
What You Bring
- A Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related field, with several years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience with common programming languages, ideally C# .NET or JavaScript (React).
- Strong knowledge of microservices architectures, APIs, and database design (Microsoft SQL Server).
- Previous experience as a technical project lead in a matrix organization, including supplier management.
- Familiarity with agile software development methods (SCRUM, SAFe).
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- A proactive, independent work style and a strong motivation to succeed.
