About The Team
The Talent Management (TM) product team at Eightfold.AI is dedicated to building innovative product experiences for our customers. Our AI-driven TM products are designed to help millions of users manage their career journeys, from employee retention and career pathing to mentorship and skill-focused development.
What You Will Do
As a FullStack Software Engineer, you will:
- Design and implement new product experiences for Eightfold's Talent Management products, focusing on both frontend UI and backend development.
- Develop applications with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.
- Build and ship new software features and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Prototype new ideas and iterate towards the ideal user experience.
- Participate in technical discussions to improve software quality.
- Handle enterprise customer escalation issues promptly and thoroughly.
What You Bring
- BS/MS in Computer Science is preferred.
- 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with skills in Python, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience in building, launching, and maintaining SaaS products.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in cloud environments.
- Experience with SaaS and AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred.
- Passion for applying AI technologies to usable interfaces.

Pay Transparency
This role is categorized as onsite in Santa Clara, CA. The base salary ranges from $99,000 to $149,000, with a discretionary bonus up to 10% and pre-IPO equity (stock options).
Hybrid Work Model
Starting February 1, 2024, employees residing near Santa Clara, California, or our Bangalore and Noida offices in India will return to the office twice a week. We embrace a hybrid work model to boost collaboration and innovation.
