Job Overview
We are seeking a FullStack Web Developer to join our Engineering Team. You will work on full-stack application development projects, solving interesting problems for Simpli.fi's Ad Technology platform. This role requires a blend of front-end and back-end development skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using server-side languages such as Ruby, Python, Elixir, or Node.
- Utilize MVC frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Django to build robust applications.
- Implement front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as VueJS, Ember, React, or Angular.
- Design and manage relational databases using SQL and Postgres.
- Apply strong OOP/OOD skills to write clean, maintainable code.
- Engage in test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) using tools like RSpec and Jasmine.
- Collaborate with non-technical team members, providing clear communication and feedback.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 4 years of web development experience.
- Proficiency in server-side programming languages and MVC frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and relational databases.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and domain-driven design.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with non-technical members.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with functional programming and tools like Elixir.
- Knowledge of NoSQL solutions like Redis.
- Experience with background processing frameworks such as Resque.
- Understanding of concurrency and multi-threading.

Salary
The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location
This position is based in Fort Worth, TX, USA. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
