Overview
Apera AI, a leader in 4D Vision technology for industrial robotics, is seeking a seasoned Head of Application Engineering and Customer Onboarding. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our Technical Customer Success department, ensuring our innovative solutions are effectively implemented and supported worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage technical customer success operations.
- Experience as a field-based robotics and/or machine vision application engineer.
- Oversee customer onboarding experiences.
- Handle process for customer requests and provide timely support.
- Manage the implementation of robotic vision systems.
- Develop and maintain help and support articles and videos.
- Define and track KPIs to ensure process efficiency.
- Regular reporting to the CEO on team performance and process effectiveness.
- Design and structure teams efficiently to support global customer needs.
- Propose new metrics to adapt to evolving business needs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer success.
- 3+ years of experience in managing technical customer success teams.
- 3+ years experience with field-based robotic and/or machine vision installations.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in startup environments, particularly in Industrial Automation, Automotive industrial manufacturing, or Computer Vision.
