Overview
Join Shield AI as a Staff Engineer in Perception Software Integration, where you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge perception systems with our advanced AI technologies. Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate software for perception systems using C++.
- Collaborate with hardware and test teams to validate algorithms and code on aerial platforms.
- Write test code and analyzers to validate software and produce statistics.
- Enhance sensor models within our state-of-the-art simulation environment.
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, continuously improving our software capabilities.
Qualifications
Required:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience with software development, particularly in sensor integration and perception systems.
- Proficiency in C++ and experience with sensor fusion and state estimation.
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
Preferred:
- Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, and high-fidelity simulation.
- Active SECRET clearance.
