About the Role
Aleph is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a focus on AI to lead the development of AI features across our web app and add-ins. This role involves determining how to best incorporate large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies into our product. You will work closely with our product and design teams to explore the boundaries of what’s possible with AI in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and ship features with a significant impact on our users' workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the development of new AI features end-to-end, from prototype to implementation in our core product.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize new AI applications, helping set our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML.
- Product mindset, with a passion for innovation, disruption, and driving positive change.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and change, with the ability to jump into whatever areas need attention and learn as you go.
Location
This is a remote-first position, focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team.
Compensation and Benefits
For candidates residing within the United States, the anticipated salary range for this position is $134,000 - $193,000 USD. For candidates residing in LATAM, the anticipated salary range is $70,000 - $139,000 USD. In addition to salary, we offer competitive equity packages.
