Position Overview
Lutech is seeking enthusiastic candidates for an internship in the Industry Utilities – Open System department. This role is ideal for individuals interested in developing open solutions and consulting on complex cloud-native projects in the Energy & Utilities market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions.
- Collaborate with senior developers and gradually take on more responsibilities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Java programming and RDBMS.
- Preferred knowledge in:
- Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Web services like SOAP and RESTful.
- JEE and major Application Servers (Jboss, Weblogic, Wildfly).
- RDBMS such as Oracle (release 11+), MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
- Major MVC Frameworks (Spring, Struts).
- Enterprise Java Bean and JPA, preferably with Hibernate implementation.
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap and jQuery.
- Microservices architecture (Spring Boot, Quarkus).
- Version control systems like Git and SVN.
Languages
- Native or excellent Italian.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
Education
- A master's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related fields is preferred.
