Job Overview
As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Riverty, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and managing scalable and secure cloud and application architectures. This role is pivotal in integrating cloud services into new and existing infrastructures and ensuring the efficient operation of Microsoft Azure environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop scalable, secure cloud and application architectures.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, or optimization of IT projects within the Microsoft Azure environment.
- Manage the integration of cloud services into new and existing infrastructures.
- Oversee the setup and use of monitoring tools for Azure resources and identify areas for improvement.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in implementing cloud infrastructure solutions and with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, Bicep).
- Proficiency in containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and programming or scripting languages (Java, Python, Bash).
- Strong background in Azure Cloud and hybrid scenarios (design, deployment, operation).
- Knowledge of network concepts (LAN, VPN), virtualized infrastructures, security, and identity management.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and concepts in challenging projects, and the ability to integrate them with older technologies.
