About the Role
As a Senior Front End Engineer in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team at One, you will be instrumental in building the next version of our marketing website. You will engineer solutions that support our marketing campaigns, providing analytics capabilities and A/B testing features for experimentation. Your main responsibilities will include building responsive and high-performance web pages rich with animations and videos, which effectively communicate how our products provide value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Build elegant, responsive web pages using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Contentful.
- Integrate with Customer Data Platforms like Segment and monitoring tools like Datadog to provide insights into website performance.
- Utilize tools like LaunchDarkly for A/B testing of marketing campaigns.
- Work on automation tools like Cypress to establish a thorough quality control gate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain a high level of responsibility and build trust with colleagues.
Skills and Experience
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in web development, with at least 4 years focused on React-based applications.
- Strong passion for web development and care for the people you work with.
- An act-like-an-owner mentality and a desire to continuously grow your skills.
