Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is pivotal in architecting efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement heavily used services and systems, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and stability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support their success and make strategic business decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in professional development and continuous improvement while enjoying a casual work environment.
- Customer Empathy: Understand the perspectives, pain points, and experiences of customers to provide a better, more customer-centric experience.
Required Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field of study; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS. Experience with server-side web application languages such as GraphQL, Python, and Java is a plus.
- AWS Ecosystem: Experience within the AWS ecosystem is preferred.
- Design Systems: Experience working on design systems, building and maintaining reusable UI components.
- CI/CD Systems: Familiarity with CI/CD systems and testing frameworks is a plus.

Compensation
The targeted total compensation includes a competitive base salary plus an annual variable cash bonus, ranging from €113,518 to €201,919.
