As a Senior Front-End Engineer at Focus AI, you will play a critical role in driving the evolution of our headcount intelligence platform. Your technical expertise will shape the user experience and interface of our product, ensuring it is intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing.

What You'll Do

• Develop Technical Strategies: Collaborate on designing and implementing front-end solutions that drive our product's growth, enhance our technological capabilities, and solidify our position as leaders in AI-driven analytic solutions. We have strong collaboration between our Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams.
• Drive Product Development: Leverage your coding and engineering acumen to develop new features, optimize front-end performance, and spearhead innovations in UI/UX design.
• High-Performing Execution: Embody Focus AI's values as you contribute to front-end development and technical execution. You'll foster a culture of technical excellence and agility as the team expands.

You Bring

• Proven Engineering Skills: You have 5+ years of experience in front-end development, ideally in high-growth tech environments. You have expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, strong UI/UX design principles, performance optimization, and familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern front-end tooling.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit & Startup Agility: You thrive in fast-paced settings, adapting quickly as our product and market fit evolve. You are able to quickly adapt to new technologies, changing priorities.
• Self-Starter: You're proactive and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
