Role Overview
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be tasked with developing performant and scalable Single Page Applications (SPAs) for our brokerage platforms. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality web applications to a diverse client base of over 2 million users.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable web applications within the Vue.js ecosystem (Vue.js, Vuex, Pinia, Vite, Cypress, webpack).
- Own and build high-traffic applications focusing on speed and user experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ideate, plan, and organize large-scale projects.
- Contribute to and help maintain our company-wide Vue UI Component Library.
- Aid in the transition to Vue3.
- Set direction and partner with other frontend engineers to implement new technologies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related area.
- 3+ years of commercial software development experience with an emphasis on web app development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS/LESS, and at least one JavaScript framework (Vue.js preferred).
- Experience with webpack, Vite, and API integration.
- Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and technical orientation.
