Join our dynamic team at GK Software SE as a Frontend Developer, where you will play a crucial role in developing user-friendly frontend solutions using Vue.js. This position is part of our agile development team focused on AI product development. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-native web applications, with opportunities to engage in full-stack development, including creating REST services in the backend with Java.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontend Development: Develop and implement user-friendly frontend solutions using Vue.js within an agile development framework.
- Cloud Native Applications: Design and implement cloud-native web applications.
- Full Stack Development: Optionally engage in full-stack development, including creating REST services in the backend with Java.
- Software Design Documentation: Document software designs using UML and AsciiDoctor.
- UI Optimization: Continuously optimize and maintain existing user interfaces for usability, performance, and responsive design.
- Testing and Code Review: Conduct unit tests and code reviews to ensure the highest software quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- Educational Background: A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Frontend Expertise: Proven experience in frontend development with strong skills in TypeScript and Vue.js.
- Cloud Native Knowledge: Ideally, experience with cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Version Control: Familiarity with GitLab for version control.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile development teams.
- Languages: Proficiency in German and English.
