About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and Angular to join our growing engineering team. This position is a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects that aim to transform public sector services in Brazil. As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications that meet high standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and Develop: Work on both backend and frontend development using Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular. Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and testable code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends. Lead initiatives to incorporate new tools and practices that enhance our development process.
- Ownership: Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Mentorship: Share knowledge and best practices with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly with Node.js and Angular. Experience with AWS services and serverless architecture is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and database management systems like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Location: Must reside in the Greater São Paulo area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) and integration technologies like RabbitMQ.
- Background in developing SaaS products and working in fast-growing startup environments.
