Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at ParkBee, you will develop and maintain our main mobile and web applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.
• Build and maintain the backend infrastructure to support our web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Work in small, agile teams focused on rebuilding and optimising our platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in full stack development roles (at least 3 years as a backend developer).
• Proficient in backend development with Node.js and frameworks such as NestJs, Express, or Serverless technologies.
• Expert in TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience working on SaaS apps is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (lambda/Dynamo DB/AppSync/API gateway/SQS/SNS) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with the team.

Interview Process

1. Screening Call: 30-minute chat with our recruiter to get to know you and your career aspirations.
2. 1st Interview: 60-minute discussion with the Engineering Manager.
3. Technical Assessment: Challenge yourself with a home tech assignment (up to 130 minutes).
4. Final Interview: Dive deep during a 60-minute technical interview with our engineering team.
