The Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Fathom, you will be part of a small but mighty team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our fast-growing product that users love. You will work alongside our 8-person, all-senior engineering team, gaining invaluable experience and learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve product features, such as CRM and task integrations.
- Grow into ownership of application-level features and contribute to the core platform over time.
- Focus on shipping features quickly to get them into the hands of customers.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 2+ years of experience in writing customer-facing code for a SaaS product.
- You are curious, have a low ego, and are open to feedback.
- You are a generalist who understands the trade-offs between different approaches, languages, or frameworks.
Technical Stack
Our technical stack includes Ruby/Rails/Sidekiq, TypeScript/TSX, MySQL, Redis, Pusher, Electron, GCP (GCS + GKE), Docker, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Elasticsearch, and Go.
