Senior Software Engineer (Full-stack)

Job Overview

Lazarus AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full-stack) to join our Implementation team. This role involves working closely with clients, senior engineers, and data scientists to ensure the successful adoption of our AI-driven solutions. You will report directly to the Director of Product Management and Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Design both client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build the front-end of applications with appealing visual design.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Work with implementation and sales teams to gather client requirements and assist in creating implementation plans.
• Configure and customize products to align with client needs and integrate them into existing systems.
• Participate in the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely project completion and client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineers to provide effective solutions during the implementation phase.
• Document implementation processes, best practices, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing and client reference.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including prompt-engineering, sales, support, and development, to ensure efficient and successful customer solution delivery.
• Provide training and technical assistance to clients, guiding them through product functionalities and usage.
• Work with clients and partners to develop optimal prompts for their use cases.
• Engage in continuous learning regarding how LLMs and associated tools may improve existing and new solutions.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a technical role, such as technical support and software development.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery), JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Redux, Node.js).
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., Postgres) and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in programming languages, scripting, system configuration, and designing secure and scalable systems in Python (required) and other modern languages (preferred).
• Experience with Git.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (experience with GCP is highly preferred), APIs (Flask/FastAPI), and database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving client needs and project requirements.
• Strong consultative mindset and customer expectation management skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering strategies and tactics is preferred.
