Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, AI Products

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and work on AI products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of applied AI and Data Science, and is eager to drive significant product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build Tools: Develop tools to help leading B2B companies scale their growth.
• Collaborate: Work closely with design and product teams to build SOA AI-powered features.
• Design and Build: Create data and AI-powered services for consumption by other engineering teams.
• Research and Experimentation: Design and conduct research experiments to address ambiguous questions at the intersection of product, data science, and AI.
• Strategic Direction: Contribute to setting the direction for our data and AI strategy.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of Data Science. Comfortable with data manipulation, cleaning, and normalization.
• Mindset: A full-stack mindset with the ability to implement features end-to-end.
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas, both in writing and in real-time discussions.
• Collaboration: Enjoy working with engineers across various levels of seniority and experience.
• Adaptability: Energized by ambiguity and capable of creating structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with LLM techniques such as RAG, vector databases, langchain, and agent frameworks.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated salary range for this role is $170,000 to $210,000 annually.
