Job Description
Argon AI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York City. We are building an AI-powered operating system for the biopharma industry, aiming to revolutionize how life sciences companies manage their data-intensive workflows. Our mission is to accelerate the development of life-saving therapies by integrating advanced AI solutions into the decision-making processes of biopharma companies.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Engineer at Argon AI, you will:
- Lead and Own Projects: Take charge of projects that will shape our products and drive our success. You will have significant autonomy and influence over product and company strategy.
- Product Iteration: Be a key player in product development, focusing on rapid decision-making and fast shipping. Work closely with partners to iterate and enhance our products to meet high-value workflow needs.
- Client Interaction: Engage with enterprise partners to understand their workflow requirements, gather feedback, and contribute to the product vision.
- Technical Development: Utilize our modern tech stack, including Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Python, to build quick proofs of concept and refine products and features.
Who You Are
- End-to-End Developer: You have experience building and scaling systems, making complex engineering decisions, and demonstrating technical expertise in the industry.
- Product Thinker: You approach development with a user-centric mindset, participating in both engineering and product design decisions.
- AI Enthusiast: You have experience with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG systems, and you stay updated with the latest AI advancements.
- Ambitious and Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup environment, taking initiative to lead major projects to completion.
- Hacker Mentality: You build quickly, are resourceful, and have a strong bias towards action.
Compensation
- Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year
- Equity: Generous equity grants
