Are you an experienced developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions? Partoo is looking for a Senior Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team in Paris. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our Store Locator product, which is a vital part of our offering and has been experiencing significant growth.
About the Role
As a Senior Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the Store Locator Product: You will work on deploying the product for new clients, ensuring it meets their specific needs.
- Creating New Features: Develop complex features such as redesigning geographical zones, creating a specific back office, and implementing automated tests.
- Supporting Junior Developers: Provide guidance and coaching to junior developers, helping them integrate designs and develop specific functionalities for new clients.
- Strategic and Operational Implementation: Bridge the gap between strategic definitions and operational execution.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP and Laravel. Experience with React and/or Vue.js is a plus. Strong skills in HTML/CSS integration and front-end development.
- Tools: Mastery of Git for version control.
- Soft Skills: Team spirit, willingness to learn, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential as we are an international team.
Recruitment Process
- Interview with Giulia, Talent Acquisition Specialist: A 45-minute session followed by a programming test to be completed at home.
- Technical Interviews: A 1-hour technical interview focusing on PHP/Laravel skills and a 1-hour architecture interview.
- Fit Interviews: 1-hour sessions with Alice, Head of Store Locator, and Jonàs, CTO.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €70,000 - €76,000 per year.
- Equity: BSPCE, offering 35% of the annual fixed salary after one year, with a 3-year vesting period.
