Olo is seeking a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us build and scale machine learning models that solve complex business problems within the restaurant industry. What You'll Be Doing

Build and Own ML Solutions: Develop machine learning solutions from start to finish, including data pipelines, modeling, training, production deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers and engineers across multiple teams to maintain existing ML applications and develop new ML products.
Expand ML Team and Culture: Set a foundation for an expanded ML team and culture within Olo.
Data Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate with Data Engineering to build and maintain robust data pipelines and our machine-learning platform.
Innovate with Data: Find new ways to use large sets of diverse data, experimentation, and new models to create a cutting-edge restaurant technology platform.

What We'll Expect From You

Experience: 3+ years of real-world machine learning experience, developing and deploying models to production.
Educational Background: BS/MS/PhD in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline.
Technical Skills: Proficient in popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, SparkML, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and H2O. Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
Cloud and Containerization: Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Linux, Kubernetes).
Independence and Ownership: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership work environment.
