Join DigitalOcean as a Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML)
DigitalOcean is seeking passionate and experienced Software Engineers to join our team focused on AI/ML. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in building features and improvements that make accelerated compute simple and accessible for everyone. You will work with the Paperspace team, responsible for creating tools that enable developers to easily create and deploy models for AI experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and Maintaining: Work primarily in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, TRPC, and Go to build UI components, libraries, tools, and services that power the Paperspace platform.
- API Development: Maintain and develop the GraphQL/TRPC API.
- Collaboration: Collaborate on design and UX, and work with other engineers to find elegant architectures and solutions.
- Product Development: Ship product features from planning to launch to maintenance with high autonomy.
What You’ll Add To DigitalOcean
- Technical Leadership: Own a technical area by providing technical leadership for a team.
- Interest in Development Platforms: Strong interest in development platforms, MLOps, AI, CI/CD, infrastructure, or making products for technical teams.
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment building UI component libraries, design systems, and tools using TypeScript.
- Design and UX Sensibilities: Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities.
- API Knowledge: Knowledge of API standards including REST, GraphQL, or RPC.
