Overview
At Artisan, we are at the forefront of the AI revolution, creating AI Employees, known as Artisans, that are not only innovative but also integral to modernizing various business processes. Our platform, spearheaded by our AI BDR named Ava, integrates a comprehensive suite of tools for outbound sales, including B2B data, AI email sequences, and deliverability optimization tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Fine-tuning and prompt engineering LLMs for our Artisans, primarily using platforms like Google's Gemini, OpenAI's GPT 3.5, GPT 4, and Anthropic's Claude.
- Developing systems to allow users to interact with platform features through chat, such as our onboarding flow and platform setup currently managed by Ava, our AI BDR.
- Architecting LLM systems that integrate with third-party tools for a variety of use cases, including email conversations and user chat interfaces.
- Minimizing hallucinations and strange tone of voice in AI interactions.
- Reducing latency in our LLM systems.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest LLM technologies to ensure we remain at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Industry experience with LLM fine tuning and prompt engineering.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Extensive experience in Python and MLOps tools like MLFlow and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Expertise in Python back-end development.
