Responsibilities
- Develop and Optimize Models: Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for our recommendation systems.
- Infrastructure Development: Build foundational infrastructure for data retrieval and processing.
- Data Handling: Work with real-world data to create scalable feedback loops and improve model accuracy.
- Integration of LLMs: Incorporate state-of-the-art LLMs into traditional machine learning systems to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in machine learning and backend engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, TensorRT-LLM, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Problem Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to explore new model landscapes.
- Big Data: Familiarity with big data pipelines for feature engineering.
- Innovation: Eagerness to build from the ground up and unlock potential in new products.

- Salary: Competitive salary range of €200,000 to €250,000 per year.
