Overview
Join the Fintech Team as a Manager 2 in the Widgets team. The Fintech team is responsible for all aspects of money movement and risk assessment within Intuit's Small Business Group. The team works with cutting-edge technologies and systems to deliver world-class systems and services with extremely high operational and engineering excellence.
What You'll Bring
- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams
- Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with solid business acumen
- Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
- "Self-starter" attitude and ability to make decisions independently
- A helpful, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems
- Strong desire to learn and grow

Preferred Experience
- Experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale, consumer-facing web applications
- Familiar with the development challenges inherent in highly scalable and available web applications
- Experience with various modern web frameworks
- Experience with Mobile development is a huge plus
