Your Daily Tasks Will Include
- Implementing the new frontend for e-commerce projects.
- Investigating the latest technology and building quick Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs.
- Promoting the best-in-class development principles and quality standards – i.e. Clean Code, BDD/TDD.
- Taking part in code reviews to help improve the team’s knowledge and suggest improvements.
- Helping the organization structure complex engineering issues: technology, development methodologies, Continuous Improvement / Continuous Delivery.
The Following Will Make You Succeed In This Role
- 5 years + experience building large-scale software applications.
- 3+ years proven track record in this frontend role, preferably in an international and multicultural environment working in classic and virtual teams.
- Must have professional experience with the Next.js framework.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery using tools such as Jenkins/Azure DevOps and practical experience with Docker containerization.
- Knowledge of architectural design patterns.
- Experience with writing automated tests (e.g. Jest, Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, AVA, tape).
- Professional experience with modern JavaScript web frameworks (React, Angular, Ember, etc.).
- A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.
- Knowledge of software craftsmanship principles (Clean Code, Clean Coder, Clean Architecture).
- Fluency in English and Polish—verbal and written.
