Job Description
As a Tech Lead, you’ll manage a team of developers while also being hands-on with the development of our SaaS products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing leadership with technical challenges.
Your Main Missions
- 70% Hands-on Fullstack Development: Work primarily with NextJS and React.
- 30% Leadership: Team management, mentoring, and code reviews.
- Drive the design and implementation of new features.
- Ensure best coding practices and team productivity.
- Work closely with customer support on technical issues.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager.
- Report to the CTO.
Key Results
- Within 1 Month: Onboarded and contributing to product development.
- Within 6 Months: Played a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our products.
Preferred Experience
- 8+ years of JavaScript development (NextJS/React).
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Bonus: Experience in a B2B SaaS startup.
