About the Role
Mysten Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to join our team. We are focused on building foundational infrastructure to accelerate the adoption of decentralized protocols based on blockchain technologies. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing user-friendly and secure web applications that are integral to our core products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and UX design teams to implement and launch core features for Sui’s core products, including Wallet, SuiFrens, and SuiNS.
- Translate product vision into reality by planning, implementing, and launching core features that enhance user experience.
- Explore new frontend product areas for Sui, providing insights that shape future product directions.
- Update our frontend architecture to utilize modern technologies, ensuring stability and long-term investment.
- Work closely with our core network team to define and build new API functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends and technologies, participating in technical discussions and providing guidance on architectural decisions.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 4 years of experience in developing web apps and shipping user-facing features with JavaScript and modern, component-based JS frameworks like React.
- Ability to navigate across multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to partner effectively with teams in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with React Native is a plus.
