Articulate is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic AI team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a group of skilled software engineers, machine learning experts, and designers to develop cutting-edge products that leverage AI technology. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for tackling large tasks and collaborating with your team to create innovative solutions that provide transformative experiences for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Build new features and enhance existing ones with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and product leaders to iterate quickly and deliver value to our customers.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior software engineers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
- Architecture: Participate in defining the application architecture and improving our incident response process.
- Remote Work: Be part of a growing remote-first company with a world-class culture, focusing on quality results.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 5+ years in a software engineering environment with a proven track record of implementing, shipping, and maintaining production software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, and Docker. Strong familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to both engineers and non-engineers.
- AI Enthusiasm: Passion for creating software experiences powered by AI.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLM or generative vision model components.
- Proficiency in related fields such as Applied AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
- Familiarity with AWS services like S3, SNS, SQS, and Bedrock.
- Experience with OpenAI or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and real-time collaboration tools.
- Awareness of the ethical implications of using AI.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: €133,700 - €200,500 per year.
- Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
