Cascading AI is seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. As a Full-stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our core software platform that automates the lending process for banks and fintech companies. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and contribute to a product that significantly reduces manual effort and increases conversion rates in the lending industry.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Core Software Development: Rapidly contribute to our core software platform, focusing on automating the lending process and enhancing operational efficiency for our customers.
- Feature Development: Develop and own new features that add value to our customers, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
- Software Architecture: Propose and implement meaningful improvements to our software architecture and design patterns, ensuring the platform remains cutting-edge and efficient.
- Engineering Best Practices: Learn and drive engineering best practices, including automating testing and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) to facilitate rapid product iteration.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on front-end and full-stack development. Experience with machine learning, AI, and natural language processing is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of modern programming languages and frameworks, including React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Python. Experience with database technologies such as Postgres and cloud platforms like AWS is essential.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovative thinking.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
