About the Role
BuzzRx is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack FrontEnd/CMS to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and extending our component and template libraries for the BuzzRx website and white label platform. You will work directly with stakeholders, including a product manager and experimentation manager, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop templates and custom component libraries in Optimizely.
- Expertise in front-end development using ReactJS/NextJS or similar frameworks.
- Develop HTML/CSS with a mobile-first mindset.
- Deploy and test code effectively.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Understand and apply agile software development concepts and processes.
- Participate in estimating, designing, and developing to verify the functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of complex developed or enhanced software applications across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment as a Software Engineer with relevant experience in CMS and frontend technologies.
- 3+ years of tech industry experience with a strong understanding of modern software technologies including web, mobile, and cloud-based technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiating ability, and evidence of enabling teamwork in a matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, C#, and HTML/CSS.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience serving as technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Work Location
This position is remote, providing flexibility to work with internal clients, offshore teams, and facilitate quick and effective decisions through collaboration with stakeholders.
Working Hours
This exempt-level position requires flexibility to work beyond traditional hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
