About The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in TypeScript and JavaScript, you will be a key player in delivering value to customers through our web applications. You will work on breaking down a monolithic JavaScript application into TypeScript services, enhancing technical systems while delivering business value.
Responsibilities
- Feature Implementation: Iteratively build out new features across all systems.
- Project Delivery: Manage scoping, planning, task breakdown, execution, release, and long-term monitoring.
- Technical Design: Ensure your code integrates well with the broader system.
- Product Partnership: Collaborate with the product team to assess feature feasibility and clarify requirements.
Your Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on modern web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in REST APIs and backend development best practices.
