Overview
RocketParts is a fast-growing software development agency specializing in payment integrations, seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on a large project experiencing significant growth, focusing on scalability, security, stability, and feature development.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop features for high-availability systems supporting millions of transactions.
- Enhance software architecture and infrastructure for maintainability and zero downtime deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in grooming sessions and drive projects from conception to implementation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and update current systems to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Work autonomously, manage tasks, and lead initiatives without needing direction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies and a deep understanding of software design principles.
- Experience with cloud services, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tRPC, Zod, Prisma, Turbo Build, Vitejs, Tailwindcss, Auth0, GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of security principles in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
