OUTFITTERY, Europe's leading personal shopping service, is seeking a talented Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning solutions that drive our fashion AI and recommendation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and Maintain ML Microservices: Oversee services for fashion recommendations, article filtering, and dataset composition.
- Software Development: Monitor, modify, and enhance software components, including postprocessing algorithms and Flask endpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists to shape data-driven applications from ideation to deployment.
- Standards and Automation: Define development and testing standards and automate CI/CD processes.
- Communication: Effectively communicate design and implementation strategies to colleagues and senior management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance & Risk teams.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with large-scale AI systems, Python development, and database management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MLOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; German is a plus.
